Lea

Lea brand comes from the Spanish company Lascaray S.A., which has been operating since 1823 in Vitoria-Gasteiz, in the northern Spain. The company started by manufacturing tallow candles and later extended its activity to soaps and shaving products. Since 1920's LEA has been the Spanish reference for shaving creams and soaps. The name LEA comes from “La Estrella Alavesa” (The Star from Alava). LEA is one of the oldest and most successful Spanish family businesses and is still lead by the sixth generation of the family that began the business. LEA's classic shaving products have become very popular all over Europe.
